I started MPB six years ago when two dogs belonging to my best friend were stolen. The trauma and upset this caused was a life changing experience and I made a commitment then to help reunify pet owners with their four legged friends. Today, the Missing Pets Bureau has healed many broken hearts by reuniting literally thousands of pets with their owners while offering support, advise and hope to those in despair.

By combining the very latest information technology and communications systems with a team of expert advisors, consultants vets and dog trainers we offer our thousands of members the very best in pet safety. The Missing Pets Bureau employs 40 people to man a 24 hour hotline, we can tap into a network of 12,000 petcare organisations plus we have the capacity to mail shot 1,000's of rescue centres, vets, police stations and animal wardens should a dog or cat go missing.

We are constantly seeking ways to enhance our service, forging partnerships with associates - insurers, charities, manufacturers and vets while developing exciting new products - last year we pioneered DNA Identification Kits for dogs and this year we are launching an exclusive loyalty scheme for our members - introduce a friend to Missing Pets Bureau and you will both be awarded bonus points which can be exchanged for goods!
